Why aren’t remounts more common?

Remounting hasn’t been as common as building new trucks. Buying a new, made-from-scratch vehicle has always been the traditional way of buying a new truck. Remounting is commonly misunderstood. Manufacturers that have tried remounting may have the reputation of not doing it the right way.
