Do I need an existing box in order to do business with Arrow?

Our customers have options. If you have an existing box that you’re comfortable with, we can make use of that particular box and start the remount process with it. If you’re interested in upgrading or adding some new features that aren’t possible with your box, we have a large inventory of modules that our customers can choose from as a starting point. Using a box from our inventory really gives customers the opportunity to browse the benefits and options of several different ambulance manufacturers. These second generation, or Gen2, trucks really give the customer the ability to customize a new truck while saving money on manufacturing costs.
